II. Equipment Units and Main Parameters of Single Unit

1. Uncoiler

It adopts a single-arm inner inflation type of uncoiler with manual inflation. 

The bearing weight is 5T and the hanging width is Φ600mm. The inside diameter of the steel coil is Φ520mm-Φ620mm.

         2. Leveler: 

It adopts wallboard plate type.  2-roller for clamping  & 5-roller for leveler. 

The diameter of the leveler roller is φ 80 with the material of 40Cr and quenching rigidity of HRC48°-52°. 

Chrome coated in the surface. Motor power is 5.5KW. Frequency control. Cycloidal pin gear reducer. 

3. Step Forming Machine

It adopts a mechanical step feeding device. Feeding step length: 12mm. Adopts high speed punching machine.

 Punching hole speed: 200-300times/min. Speed of the punching line; 2.4-3.6m/min. Punching power: 7.5kw. 

Frequency control. 1 set of forming die with the material of Cr12Mov and quenching rigidity of HRC58°-60°. 

1 set of spare punching head. 

4. Damp:

Equipped with a hold down device and damp tension.

       5. Receiving Machine:

It adopts a single-arm inner inflation type of receiving machine with manual inflation. The bearing weight is 5T . 

The inside diameter of the steel coil is Φ520mm-Φ620mm. Power: 7.5kw. Frequency control. Cycloidal pin gear reducer. The ratio is: 120

       6. Control System:

A PLC programme control system is adopted in the production line. 

The harmonized movement of each part of the production line can be controlled both manually or automatically.

      7. Others:

Total power: 20.5KW. Working voltage: 380V, 50Hz. 

Oversize: 20000mm x 2000mm x 1500mm (L x W x H).
